Cows

We breed dairy cow of Montbéliarde and Prim’Holstein race. We have around sixty cows and nearly as much heifers. To feed them, we have 111 hectares of fields (17 of cereals, 8 of corn, and all the rest of it of grass).

Potatoes

To expand our activities, nous produce 3 hectares of potatoe plants (Trifolà from Craponne sur Arzon), a plant that is become a symbol of Craponne culinary heritage.

Brought back by a monk from the Vivarais neighbour country, it has a celebration to its name, the Trifolà during the autumn.
